Sabudana bhel

#sagobhel #bhel #breakfastrecipe #sabadana.ingredients: 2tbsp oil,1tsp jeera,1/2 cup sago,1tbsp green chili and ginger paste, 2tbsp finely chopped onion, 2tbsp finely chopped capsicum, 2tbsp finely chopped tomato, 2tbsp boiled and peeled potato.  cubes, 1tbsp pomegranate seeds, 1 tbsp sev, finely chopped coriander, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1tbsp sugar, 1tbsp crushed peanuts, salt to taste.  How to make:: To make the sago bhel, sago washed and drained, now combine the sago and 1/2 cup of water in a deep bowl mix well and keep aside to soak for 6-7 hours keep aside.  Heat the oil in a deep nonstick pan and add the jeera, when the seeds crackle add capsicum, onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes, add potatoes, green chili and ginger paste, crushed peanuts  and saute for 2-3 minutes add sago, salt and mix well cook for 2-3 minutes add lemon juice and sugar keep stirring for 1-2 minutes. Switch off the gas and take the prepared sago bhel in a serving dish.  Coriander seeds, and sev.
