Totapuri mango golgappa


Ingredients::#Totapurimangolgappa #panipuri #streetfood #Mango #totapuri .ingredients::: 1/4 cup finely chopped totapuri mango,1/2 cup +2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp finely chopped totapuri mango, 1/4 tsp ganthoda powder ,1/4  tsp jiru powder, 1/2 tsp golgappa masala powder, salt to taste, sanchal powder to taste, ice cube, finely chopped onion.  How to make::: Wash the totapuri mango with water and clean it properly. Then chop it finely.  Take chopped mango and water in a mixer jar and make smooth totapuri mango water. Now take the prepared totapuri mango water in a bowl. Add salt, sanchal powder, ganthoda powder, cumin powder, golgappa masala powder, 1 tbsp finely chopped totapuri.  Add mango, ice cube and mix well. Now fill the golgappa with chickpea-potato mixture and add the prepared totapuri mango water and enjoy the golgappa.
