Kesar pista peda

#kesarpistapeda #peda, #milk #festival #vrat #fasting.  Ingredients:: 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp saffron, 2 tsp sugar, 1tsp ghee, 3tbsp Amul skimmed milk powder.  How to make:: Heat the milk a little. Then divide it into two bowls.  Now add saffron, sugar and Amul skimmed milk powder in one bowl and mix well. Put ghee in the pan, when it gets hot, add milk from another bowl and let it thicken a little. Then turn off the gas and add milk with prepared milk powder.  Mix it.  Now turn on the gas and let the mixture cook on slaw flame for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring continuously. If the mixture does not stick in the mouth, take it in a plate.  Once it cools down, mash it with ghee. Then make peda evenly from it. Garnish with pistachios.
