#ThabdiPeda #peda #sweet #RakshaBandhsn .Happy Raksha Bandhan.ingredients:: 500gm Amul gold milk, sugar 2 tsp, sugar 3tbsp, cashews, 1/2 tsp alum powder. How to make: take a pan add milk & boil keep stirring. After the first boil add sugar and mix boil till the sugar is malted. now add alum powder and mix. keep stirring. Paneer will separate from the milk in the pan. take another pan heat it and add sugar allow the sugar to heat, melt & caramelized. now add caramelized sugar to the milk combine well. Keep stirring until the water separated from the milk burns. Empty the mixture in a dish, take approx 1tbsp and shape it like a laddo. Apply gentle pressure from the top to make it flat, garnish it with cashews. Raksha badhan special thabdi Penda is ready.
