How to make:: Heat oil in a cooker, when it gets hot, add cumin seeds, pinch turmeric, add chopped potatoes and boil it. Add oil in a deep bottomed pan, add rai, then add onion, tomato, green garlic, ginger, green chili and saute well. Now add 1/4 cup water and add turmeric, red chili powder and saute.
