Ingredients:: 1 cup maurayo, 2 cup water, 2-3 green chili finely chopped, 1 tbsp peanuts, 4-5 curry leaves 2 tsp ghee, 1tsp jiru, 2 tsp curd, 1 finely chopped potato. How to make:: Roast the maurayo in a pan. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it, add jiru in it, then add green chillies, neem leaves and peanuts and saute. Now add chopped potato and saute. Now add maurayo to it and add water, cover and let it cook. Take curd in a bowl, add 2 tbsp water and mix. When the maurayo starts to cook, add the prepared curd to it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Then turn off the gas and take it in a bowl.
