Ingredients:: 1/2 cup karonda, 1/2 cup jaggery, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sanchal powder, 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jiru, 1/2 tsp, fenugreek powder, 1 tsp mustard, pinch hing, 1tsp dry grapes, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp fennel powder, 1 tsp dhana powder. How to make:: Grind the karonda with water and make it dry, then take out the seed from the middle and cut it. Add 1 tbsp water to the jaggery in a bowl and let it heat. Keep stirring. When the jaggery melts, turn off the gas. Put oil in the pan, add taema, jiru, pinch hing, fenugreek powder, mustard and let it crackle. Now add the chopped karonda and saute it for 3-4 minutes. Strain the prepared jaggery syrup through a sieve and add it. Add all masala to it. Mix it. When the jaggery syrup starts to cook and become thick, turn off the gas. Take the karonda pickle in a bowl, when it cools down, fill it in an airtight bottle.
