How to make:::: knead into a semi soft dough using enough water keep aside. fresh toover in a mixture and blend till coarse keep aside. Heat the oil in a broad nonstick pan add rai, ajamo, tal, hing, haldi, ginger and green chili paste and saute add the coarsely, blended tovver dana mix well and cook on a medium flame while stirring occasionally add crush potato, dhana jeera powder, garam Mix masala powder, lemon juice, sugar and salt well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute while stirring occasionally keep aside to cool slightly. divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out a portion of the dough into a circle. place one portion of the stuffing in one side. bring together all the sides seal it tightly. heat the oil in a deep nonstick pan on a medium flame and deep fry kachoris on a slow flame then remove from the oil. Fry again after 5-7 minutes until golden brown in color from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper. serve the kachoris immediately.
