#misri #kesarmisri. Ingredients:: 1/4 cup sugar, 2tsp water, 1tsp crushed dryfruit, pinch kesar, pinch cardamom powder. How to make:: Heat sugar in a deep pan, add water to it, now when 1 string chashni is formed, add crushed dryfruit, kesar, cardamom powder and mix. Keep stirring continuously and let it become 3 string chashni. Then switch off the flame and take the chasni in a dish. When it gets cold, cut it into pieces by hand. Misri is ready for every auspicious function.
